Power and lighting

Reliable power allows you to do all the things you enjoy most when you are on an adventure in your Alpine camper.

• A 12-volt leisure battery supplies power to a 14 litre thermocooler, diesel heater, water boiler, LED lighting, and USB charge points.
• An external 230 volt electric hook-up draws mains power when on-site and charges the leisure battery.
• A control panel / inline fuse box with two USB charging points and a 12v charging point.
• LED downlights controlled by separate touch sensitive dimmer switch create a pleasant ambience.

Solar

The standard solar package is sufficient for a night or two staying off-grid, powering the appliances supplied as-standard in the camper, plus any 12v ones you take on your travels.

• 100 watt solar panel.
• 70 ah lead acid battery.
• 2 amp DC – DC charger.
• 20 amp solar controller.
• 16 amp mains charger.

Alpine Plus solar package

The enhanced solar package gives you the freedom to go off-grid for five or more days, with faster battery charging from solar, mains or driving.
You can power home appliances without mains power – such as laptops, TVs, streaming devices, straighteners, travel hairdryers, cordless vacuums and even slow cookers.

• 540 watt solar panels for five times more solar power.
• 300 ah lithium battery that is more efficent, charges faster and gives more than four times longer lifespan.
• 375 watt Victron Multiplus inverter, allowing you to power 230v household appliances without a mains hookup.
• Victron 50 amp solar controller for faster battery charging from solar power.
• Victron 50 amp mains charger for faster battery charging from mains power.
• Victron 18 amp DC – DC charger for faster battery charging when driving.
• Victron 500 amp/50mv smart shunt to view remaining battery power/usage in real time.

Heat

Nothing compares to the comfort of a cosy camper in any weather. The Alpine heats up in minutes, leaving you feeling warm and comfortable.

• Eberspacher D2 Airtronic blown air diesel heater – operates in temperatures down to -40°C.
• Heat is fed directly from the fuel tank – we fit to ensure 15 l of diesel is left in the tank to prevent accidental drainage.

Living space

When it is time to relax, you will be surprised how much space you have to eat, rest and play with the Alpine’s generous floorspace.

• Smev combined 2-ring gas hob with stainless steel sink, tap, and glass lids in a solid beech or oak worktop.
• 12-litre space-saving fresh and grey water containers with pump.
• Bench seat with a solid beech island table.
• Fixed double bed positioned at the widest point of the camper.
• Thermal blackout privacy curtains.
• Colour and style options for cupboard fronts, handles, cushions, blinds, curtains, flooring, shower walls, and more.

Storage

With plenty of storage, you can take all your favourite things on the road with you.

• Underbed storage with internal access offering a great space for bulky items.
• Two wall mounted storage lockers conveniently located above the bed.
• A Thetford Porta Potti stows away neatly in a secure base.
• A carpeted area above the cab is a useful place to keep the dining table and leg when not in use.
• The bedside cupboard houses the thermal cooler plus a storage shelf.

Insulation

The Alpine is fully insulated so that you will feel snug in any season, without having to continuously run heaters at the highest setting. Each camper is comprehensively lined with two layers of insulation:

• The base layer is a moisture resistant Thermal Foil bubble insulation – this retains heat and prevents condensation.
• The top layer is Rockwool insulation – which reduces noise, retains heat, and resists moisture.
• In the areas where the cladding ends, a high quality camper carpet lining is applied for extra warmth.
